[10224] Margaret Hanna McConnell was born April 8, 1871 in Brooke County, West
Virginia. She attended Richmond Normal School and taught school for many
years. At the time of her marriage to John Allison, she was principal of
the east Liverpool Junior High School. She jumped or fell into the path of
a passenger train in Steubenville and was killed on March 31, 1917. She
was buried in the family plot under her maiden name. She had no children.
