Daughter Jane, wife of Thomas McGuire: Negro Hannah and her issue, and at Jane's decease, the said Negro to Polly McGuire, daughter of Thomas McGuire.
Son John: 240 acres in Kentucky, part of tract Daniel Boone deeded for said Dobbins, containing an estimated 640 acres, and the deed in possession of John
Smith of said state. John receives, after debts and funeral expenses, all the property not willed, with notes, bonds and other debts due testator.
Sons-in-laws: To Thomas McGuire, John Smith and John McConnell- 20 shi LlLnq s each. Grandsons: John Smith, Jr. and John McGuire - each 200 acres of
Kentucky ttract. James Dobbins, son of John - 250 acres in Rowan Co. on Beaver Dam Creek and a Negro named Pert, with all the testators blacksmith tools.
Likewise tothe next male child lawfully begotten by son John - 250 acres joining tract in Rowan Co. The whole tract of 500 acres by deed obtained from Earl
Granville and if no male heir, then sold and divided among female heirs of son, John. William Dobbins, son of James, deceased, Negro wench named Cate,
which the testator reserves to be rented or hired or disposed of at his discretion or order, when the said William shall reach age 21, and at that time
he is to receive the said Negro with her profits and rents except those the testator shall otherwise dispose of. If William dies before that age, then the
negro is to be sold, and the monies to be equally divided among William's sisters (Mary Dobbins, Jane Dobbins and Margaret Dobbins). Wiliiam also
receives testator's riding creature, saddle and bridle, with his wearing apparel. To John Dobbins McConnel, Negro boy Pert
