August 18, 1813, Ann Hineman, Et Al, power of attorney to James Montgomery, Book K, Page 481. Image #198. Possibly this means there was a lawsuit.
May 10, 1814, sold 100 acres to Titus Street, Book L, page 257, Image #214. Returned to the original seller, Titus Street Attys.
March 14, 1814, purchased from Kirtland Turhand 36.5 acres in Poland Twp, Trumbull Co., OH, (Twp 1, Range 1), Lot 48 for $100. This lot was next to lot 41.

John Hineman wrote his will while living in Moon Twp, Allegheny Co., PA, signed July 13, 1829 and witnessed by John McConnell and John Stevenson.
The will is in the Allegheny County Will Book 3, page 377, number 191, image #215.
The proceedings index is in Volume 41, page 235, image #242.
The will was proven October 16, 1829 with witnesses John McConnell and John Stevenson appearing personally.
Requested that the Heirs of Thomas McCloughen be paid for the property he resides on. All debts to be paid, with the residue going to his wife Mary.
Any residue for the children's portion to be divided equally when youngest child, Jane, reaches 21 years of age. Wife Mary and John Stevenson were
named to be executors of the will.
I looked up Thomas McClughan and found he died in 1829 in Moon Twp and did not leave a will. The letters of administration docket, bond dockets, and
inventory dockets are not available online yet, so no further information is presently available. The estate index image is at page 1612-1, image #86.
The proceedings index is Vol 35, Page 368, Blk 8. The administrators of the estate were Charles McClughan and John Frazier. The Letters of Administration
are in Docket ADM, Vol 1, Page 115. The inventory and appraisal are in the Inv & Appraisal docket 57 for 1829.
