dated Jan 18, 1819. The petition of Joseph Sherard, son of Joseph Sherard, late of Metal
Township, states that the father of the petitioner died intestate March 23, 1816, leaving a widow
named Catherine and issue.

It says that Martha married Robert McConnell, both since deceased, leaving issue: Francis,
Joseph, James, Elizabeth married to Paul Gettis, Isabella married to David Walker, Robert, Jane
all of age and Molly, Martha and John minors.

This is saying that Robert and Martha McConnell were deceased by 1819 when Joseph Sherrard
the half brother of Martha Sherrard McConnell filed a Petition and it names the children of Martha
and Robert McConnell.
