[11083] A friend purchased a civil war revolver and with it came a letter from George Poland stating that his brother, James, was killed by this gun in 1865. It explained that he had served 2 yrs. 11 m as a Union soldier, he reenlisted for an additional year, while on duty a Confederate soldier resisted orders that the war had ended and a struggle occurred, James was shot in the lung and died about 30 days later.
